The 2019 ICAPS conference was held 11–15 July 2019, in Berkeley, California USA. The 91 papers included in this issue are those selected for presentation at ICAPS 2019 and represent the latest advances in the field of automated planning and scheduling. They have been organized into four tracks — a main conference track and three special tracks, consisting of novel applications, planning and learning, and robotics.
