Ambrosia is an item that can be obtained from the supplies bag within the Tombs of Amascut. Drinking it will completely restore and boost Hitpoints and Prayer, as well as replenish run energy. In addition, it also acts as a dose of antidote++ (curing venom and poison, while providing immunity to them for 36 seconds and 12 minutes respectively).

Ambrosia is a strong emergency item due to the benefits it provides in one click. It is recommended to use this item as a last resort when hitpoints, prayer, and energy are as low as possible to maximise the benefit obtained from it.
