Navy slacks are a cosmetic reward from the Trouble Brewing minigame. They can be purchased from Honest Jimmy's House of Stuff for 1,000 Pieces of eight. They cannot be resold to the shop.
Naval slacks can be stored in the Player-owned house Costume room along with a Tricorn hat and Naval shirt of the same colour. They come in 7 different colours.
