A paddle is an animation item released alongside canoes. While it is unobtainable by players, it can be seen equipped by non-player characters such as Hari and Tarquin. It can also be seen held by players during the cutscene in which players are rowing their canoes.

Finally, it can also be seen in the Woodcutting skill guide to represent canoes.

• The colour of a few of the paddle's surfaces is dependent on the colour of the player's default boots, and can therefore be changed by visiting a makeover service. The variants are shown below:
