The pools of refreshment fully restores the player's Hitpoints, Prayer points, run energy, cures poison and disease, and resets all boosted or lowered skills. However, the pools located in the Ferox Enclave do not restore special attack energy, while the one in the Bounty Hunter lobby area does. Drinking from it will also disable all currently active Prayers.
Two pools of refreshment are found in the chapel in Ferox Enclave, as well as in the lobby area in Daimon's Crater for the Bounty Hunter minigame.
One of the fastest ways to get here for members is by using a ring of dueling.
Upon drinking from the pool, the message You feel reinvigorated after drinking from the pool. is displayed.
