Push up is one of four exercise emotes unlocked as a Random event reward.

Upon completing a Drill Demon event, players are returned to their previous location in game, with a new exercise emote unlocked. Players cannot choose which of the four emotes unlock since this is random.

Upon use the player will get down on the ground and do five push ups.
