Smoggy is a Lovakengj dwarf. He resides on the southern beach of Hosidius overseeing the creation of juniper charcoal in the charcoal furnaces, for which he must be paid a fee of 600 coins per furnace. He will also provide players with a tinderbox if they do not have one. He is the son of Moggy, who is found in Lovakengj.

Players can find out how many logs have burned in the charcoal furnaces by contacting him with the NPC Contact spell to see the percentage of progress of burning juniper charcoal.

He is known to give back rubs to people for the right price, but players cannot pay him to do so.
