Inspecting the item[edit | edit source]

Standard dialogue[edit | edit source]

  • If the player has not read Duradel's notes:
    • Player: I'm not sure what to do with this... Maybe I could ask one of the heroes that confronted Lucien for some ideas.
    • (End of dialogue)
  • If the player has read Duradel's notes:
    • Player: Duradel's notes mentioned creating a weapon out of demon parts... Maybe I should try it with this.
    • (End of dialogue)

In Raging Echoes League[edit | edit source]

  • Select an option
  • Convert into Emberlight
    • (Player receives an emberlight.)
    • (End of dialogue)
  • Convert into Scorching Bow
  • Convert into Purging Staff

Creating Emberlight[edit | edit source]

  • If the player's Arclight has insufficient charges:
    • Your Arclight needs [x] more charges to become Emberlight.
    • (End of dialogue)
  • If the player uses the synapse on Arclight while not at an anvil:
    • You try to attach the synapse to the sword. The blade sizzles for a moment, but the synapse just slides off it again.
    • (End of dialogue)
  • If the player's Arclight has sufficient charges:
    • The synapse writhes as you hammer it into the sword, flaring fire throughout it. Shards of crystal break off, but what remains hardens into a burning, obsidian-like material.
    • (End of dialogue)

Creating the scorching bow[edit | edit source]

Without 74 Fletching[edit | edit source]

  • If the player is at 6 Hitpoints or above:
    • The player takes 4 damage.
    • You attempt to string the bow, but burn yourself in the process. You'll need a Fletching level of 74 or[sic] to craft a scorching bow.
    • (End of dialogue)
  • If the player is below than 6 Hitpoints:
    • Player: I'm not sure I want to try that when I'm this injured.
    • (End of dialogue)

With 74 Fletching[edit | edit source]

  • You string the synapse onto the bow. The magical wood burns from the inside, twisting and cracking before settling into a gently smouldering state.
  • (End of dialogue)

Creating the purging staff[edit | edit source]

  • You hammer the metal onto the battlestaff's tip, forming a brazier. You then insert the synapse into the brazier. The metal turns red hot and the wood smoulders into hardened ash.
  • (End of dialogue)
