SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- A Bartow County woman wanted on charges she robbed a Cartersville convenience store was arrested earlier this month in Sandy Springs.
Ashley Marie Naiser, 26, of White was taken into custody on July 12 at The Marquis at Perimeter Center apartments on Aldwych Drive, which sits off Trowbridge Road.
Cartersville police spokesperson Lt. Mike Bettikofer said Naiser was located following a "lengthy investigation" by detectives.

According to an incident report released by Sandy Springs police, Naiser and her companion, Johnny Dewayne Moore, were both detained and taken into custody without incident.
The armed robbery that led to Nasier's arrest took place around 7:05 p.m. Thursday, June 30 at the Sunoco convenience store at 2471 Highway 411. An employee of the store said she was running the cash register when Nasier allegedly came behind the counter and pointed a gun at her.

The employee said Naiser told her to "give me the money and I won't hurt you." Refusing to open the cash register, the employee fell to her knees and grabbed Naiser around her legs, according to a Cartersville police incident report.
At that point, Naiser allegedly struck the employee several times on the back of the head with the gun until she told the suspect "to take a bag beside the register containing lottery money." That bag, the report notes, contained roughly $2,000.
The woman told police she knew Naiser, as she was once a friend of her daughter-in-law, according to the report.
Naiser fled the scene in a silver, four-door sedan. After she was arrested, Naiser was transported to the Bartow County jail on armed robbery, parole violation, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a knife/firearm/weapon during the commission of a crime and probation violation charges.
Moore was also picked up on probation violation charges, Sandy Springs police note. Naiser was also charged with drug possession after a gram of heroin was found inside her purse, the Sandy Springs police incident reports said.
