BAY SHORE, NY — A fire that broke out at a Bay Shore residence on Monday evening is currently under investigation, Suffolk County Police said.
At about 5:35 p.m., the Bay Shore Fire Department was alerted of the blaze at an Amherst Street home.
Islip Fire Department, Brentwood Fire Department, East Islip Fire Department, West Islip Fire Department, as well as Bay Shore Brightwaters Rescue Ambulance, provided mutual aid, according to a social media post.
