Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day after delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if you change your mind and wish to cancel.
Returning and item due to cancellation
To be eligible for a return due to cancellation, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sewing patterns must be unopened and not been unfolded.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
• Samples as these are cut to order and are personalised
• Measured items such as cut fabric and cut haberdashery items as these have been personalised
• Gift Cards
• Any items that have been cut or processed

Customers are expected to pay their own return delivery costs. We advise you to keep a proof of postage receipt for all orders that you return to us. You will be held liable for lost packages if you do not have proof of postage.
Your item(s) must be returned within 14 days of you advising us that you wish to return the item(s). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receipt. If you have cancelled the entire order, then we will also refund the standard delivery and packing costs included as part of that order. If any premium or express delivery service was requested, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. We will not refund delivery charges if only part of an order is returned.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Faulty/ Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, mis-described or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number at [email protected] and we will advise on resolving your issue.
