Flow contributions (structured discussions in the Topic namespace) are not currently included in GUC, e.g.
If possible, we should work with those tool's maintainers to add that:
(Sidenote: However, the edit counts are uptodate in CentralAuth and Quentinv57-tools. (after the fix in T63887: P7. Contributions with Flow aren't included in a user's edit count )

@Krinkle kindly told me on Meta, " I didn't know about it specifically, but it doesn't surprise me. It's a natural side effect of Flow contributions not being stored in the MediaWiki revision database. There's little I can do about this inside GUC. I imagine it affects other tools as well. "
There is now a dedicated ticket for XTools at T136950, so changing this one to be just for GUC
Reducing it further. This task is to track the end result in GUC. The Flow-side of things is T88753: Support Flow changes in Usercontribs API.
Once that is resolved, any necessary changes can be made on the GUC side.
