In the PageTriage extension the mark reviewed/mark unreviewed function is not made available to a page creator. However, there are situations where a page creator, who may also be autoreviewed, would like to enqueue their new page for review by another. Some possible logic options to facilitate this:

@DannyS712 I think you may have done some related work? I actually though that this was possible in the past? I see that the very similar T22399 has also been ignored for 7 years, preventing any way to unpatrol a page at all - at least the unreview function exists, but seems to be excessively restricted.
I'm I recall my related work was a bot on enwiki that unpatrolled certain creations - but other than that I'm not sure
I'd love to see some progress on this task. I think it's fairly important. It recently came up at [[en:Wikipedia talk:New pages patrol/Reviewers#Chanda dynasty]], and has also been discussed as far back as 2019, see [[en:Wikipedia talk:New pages patrol/Reviewers/Archive 33#unreview an article]].
