Steps to replicate the issue:

• With "Show link previews" turned on in settings
• Visit an article on the app that is outside the main namespace: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Getting_started
• Click on another link, for example "Contributing to Wikipedia" to see its link preview

What happens?:

• The link preview refers to the "article" as a stub, and invites the user to edit the article.

What should have happened instead?:

• Do not show text + edit CTA
• Pull in first part of page to preview instead

Nice to have:

• References to "Article" should be replaced with "Page" or more appropriate term
