Description

Steps to reproduce:

In cswiki beta (and eswiki beta), MediaWiki:GrowthMentors.json has a tab View form
Clicking on the View form tab will redirect to Special:CommunityConfiguration/GrowthMentorList. The page displays: Provider GrowthMentorList is not found

Note: in production MediaWiki:GrowthMentors.json page doesn't have View form tab.

Checked on testwiki wmf.24 - the issue is fixed.

MediaWiki:GrowthExperimentsMentorship.json page doesn't have the View form tab anymore

viewing some revisions - View history- click on some revision, e.g. testwiki MediaWiki:GrowthExperimentsMentorship.json&oldid=60911 will display the View form tab. Clicking on it will indeed display Special:CommunityConfiguration/Mentorship.

Editing MediaWiki:GrowthExperimentsMentorship.json, e.g. testwiki MediaWiki:GrowthExperimentsMentorship.json&action=edit will also display the View form tab. Clicking on it will indeed display Special:CommunityConfiguration/Mentorship
