Malaysia + Bali Trip I would rate it 10/10! Everything was well-organized and systematic. Our stays, transfers, and activities were hassle-free and enjoyable. A special mention to our driver/guide in Bali, Arthahe was the best! He was very polite, knowledgeable, and had a jolly nature. Plus, he was always on time. We truly enjoyed our stay in both Kuala Lumpur and Bali. Looking forward to planning another trip soon with Pick Your Trail

Our trip to Bali with pick your trail was so good right from the pick up from airport to till the drop. All the drivers were reporting to us well in advance and updating and guiding us about the situations there both in terms of climate, traffic etc., Thanks to pick your trail, we are very much satisfied from the customization of our trip to execution so comfortably. And also the customer support team was also very responsive. Last but not least, special thanks to the driver/guide who was assigned to us for most part of the trip is a gentleman, caring and well behaved with family with no bad habits. We planned our vacation to Malaysia and Singapore with PYT. Our trip planner Andrew Kevin was polite and professional. He helped us plan a customised itinerary. I would like to give a shout out to Kevin for his patience and guidance. Overall it was a good trip, everything was well managed and we received timely updates. The communication and coordination by PYT and the ground team was EXCELLENT throughout the trip. The main issue we had was with the hotel in Singapore, it was extremely small and not practical for a couple. The bedroom was cramped, the bathroom basically consisted of a washbasin and a toilet. There was no additional space or dedicated shower area in the bathroom and we had to somehow manage for 3 days. It was truly a BAD experience. The room in Kuala Lumpur was adequate and equipped with essentials and the room in Langkawi was spacious and equipped with essentials as well. Another issue we had during our trip was the location of the hotels from Bricksfield (Kuala Lumpur) and Little India (Singapore). We are vegetarians and it's very difficult to find any Indian or Veg cuisine anywhere in Malaysia or Singapore except at areas like Bricksfield and Little India . Due to this we had to travel each day for dinner and few days for lunch between our room and the restaurants using Grab and that added another 6-7K INR across 9 days in expenses for us. If the hotels provided to us by PYT were located at or in the vicinity of these areas, it would have saved us some valuable time and the additional cost. Apart from this, everything else was great! Thank you.

I recently, had a four-day stay in the Maldives with this travel agency pickyourtrail, and overall, it went very well. However, there was a delay with the India flight, which caused me to miss the connecting flight to the island.
