Cherie Priest (ur. 30 lipca 1975 w Tampie w stanie Floryda) – amerykańska pisarka, autorka literatury science fiction (steampunk) i fantasy oraz horrorów.

Ukończyła studia licencjackie na Southern Adventist University (1998) i magisterskie na University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (2002). Otrzymała nagrody literackieː Lulu Blooker Prize (za powieść Four and Twenty Blackbirds), Pacific Northwest Booksellers Association Award i Nagrodę Locusa (za powieść Kościotrzep), Nagrodę Endeavour (za powieść Dreadnought), Airship Award (za powieść Ganymede) oraz Northbrook Junior High Book Award i Westchester Fiction Award (obie za powieść I Am Princess X).

Jest mężatką. Mieszka w Chattanoodze w stanie Tennessee.
