Dyskusja:Sopot Festival 1975

Is it really possible that was Armando Moreno a member of yougoslavian jury on Sopot 1975? This name is not tipical for Yougoslavia, and also I don´t know nobody (not composer nor musician) with this or similar name in former SFRJ.
