Here is an update of the head with medium detail. Trying to block-out primary shapes as well as getting a sense of his personality. He is a mix between Sam Elliott and Lee Van Cleef. Next I will jump into Marvelous Designer to make his clothes.
Looks good man. Is that render with the iris of the eyes done in BPR? If so what did you use to get the irises to be like that? Also, do you create all of your clothing in Marvelous Designer? I've been trying in Zbrush but it seems nowhere near as convincing as the results people seem to be getting in Marvelous Designer.

Hey Kgizzi,
The iris of the eyes was rendered in BPR. The iris is polypainted by hand with toy plastic mat cap. Yes, I used Marvelous Designer to create a base for all the clothing

I used Marvelous Designer to create his clothes. This would be a good base for me to sculpt in Zbrush.

I'm still working on some accessories, and this is how he looks so far.

I spent my weekend to do the detail pass for the head, and playing around with Zbrush's BPR rendering. Just for fun
