Chiyo Ousaki (桜咲千依 Ousaki Chiyo) is the voice actress for Koume Shirasaka. She is currently freelance. She was previously affiliated with green note.

About

Chiyo graduated from TOKYO ANNOUNCE GAKUIN Performing Arts College and began working with Toritori Office (now merged with POWER RISE), with her first role being in the visual novel Da Capo III.

In July 2013, Chiyo announced her role as Koume Shirasaka in an Ameblo entry. In her entry, she stated that receiving the role involved hearing some of the best words an actor could hear and that she grinned to herself on the journey home, hidden by her mask.[1]

In 2014, Chiyo switched agencies to become part of NEVERLAND ARTS and was with the agency for three years.[2] During this time, she became an ambassador for the trading card game Weiß Schwarz, a game she enjoys playing.[3]

In 2016, Chiyo made her debut as an anime song DJ at an event in Aomori Prefecture[4], later performing at an international anime song DJ event in Hong Kong.[5] She has continued to DJ at various events across Japan.

An announcement was made in 2017 that Chiyo would be leaving NEVERLAND ARTS to join another agency as a business partnership, BloomZ.[6] Throughout Chiyo's time at BloomZ, she created and participated in a gaming event with fans, called Choko-tan to Asobo, performed in a Gwanhaon Theatre stage play titled Dear… Watashi-sama[7] and performed as Koume Shirasaka at THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS 7thLIVE TOUR Special 3chord♪ Comical Pops! and Glowing Rock!.[8] She also became part of the music production company AYUMI ONE, and joined STRIKERS as a vocalist.[9]

Chiyo stated that her contract with BloomZ had ended[10] in 2020, and was later reported to become a member of green note. Shortly afterwards, the contract with AYUMI ONE. STRIKERS expired in June 2021, although Chiyo still reported her desire to continue singing.[11] On January 2023, she left green note and became freelance.

Outside of voice acting work, Chiyo has had several collaborations with the apparel brand LIVERTINE AGE[12], as well as being ambassador for ScoLar.[13]
