Response Employment and Training does not collect full fees in advance of a course enrolment. An initial fee of $1450 is due and payable within seven (7) days of confirmation of employment. The balance of the course fees is to be made in equal monthly installments. An invoice will be issued to you each month and payment is due within seven (7) days. of receipt of the invoice.
We may cancel enrolment or discontinue training if fees are not paid as required.
Payment methods include direct deposit, cash, cheque or credit card.
Yes - If you give written notice to cancel your enrolment ten (10) business days or more prior to the commencement of a program you will be entitled to a full (100%) refund of the fees paid.
If you give written notice to cancel your enrolment nine (9) business days or less prior to the commencement of a program you will be entitled to a 75% refund of the fees paid. The amount retained (25%) by Response Employment and Training is required to cover the costs of staff and resources which will have already been committed based on your initial intention to undertake the training.
If you give notice to cancel your enrolment after a training program has commenced, you will not be entitled to a refund of fees. Discretion may be exercised by the Chief Executive Officer if there is extenuating or significant personal circumstance that led to your withdrawal.
If for any reason Response Employment and Training is unable to fulfil its service agreement with a student, it will refund the student’s proportion of fees paid for services not yet delivered.
Should Response Employment and Training cancel any course prior to commencement a full refund will apply.

Response Employment and Training Training reserves the right to amend the conditions of the student’s enrolment at any time. If amendments are made the student will be informed prior to the changes taking effect.
Response Employment and Training recognises qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by other RTO's. Students who have successfully completed whole units of competency with another RTO can apply for credit transfer. This process allows the student to reduce the time, study load and cost associated with achieving a qualification.

Recognition of prior learning (RPL) means an assessment process that assesses the competency/s of an individual that may have been acquired through formal, non-formal and informal learning to determine the extent to which that individual meets the requirements specified in the training package or VET accredited courses.
1. Formal learning refers to learning that takes place through a structured program of instruction and is linked to the attainment of an AQF qualification or statement of attainment (for example, a certificate, diploma or University degree)
2. Non-formal learning refers to learning that takes place through a structured program of instruction but does not lead to the attainment of an AQF qualification or statement of attainment (for example, in-house professional development programs conducted by a business)
3. Informal learning refers to learning that results through the experience of work-related, social, family, hobby or leisure activities (for example the acquisition of interpersonal skills developed through several years as a sales representative)
RPL can result in the achievement of a full qualification, a unit of competency or partial completion of a full qualification
Response Employment and Training will assist and work with you in the process of recognition. A qualified assessor will process your portfolio of evidence.
A fee of $2,500 is charged for a full qualification RPL Assessment.
A fee of $350 per unit of competency is charged for RPL Assessment of individual units.
