We are regular visitors of Imperial Beach but have not tried Siam Imperial Thai kitchen. I’m not sure why we waited so long. The order was prepared promptly and was ready at the pick up time quoted. We went fairly basic with our order but were not disappointed. The chicken satay skewers were cooked to perfection and were tender and delicious. We had an order of the yellow curry chicken, which was full flavor and the spice was on point. The speciality combo included a tasty spring roll, light and flaky tempura shrimp, two wontons and a choice of soup or salad. We opted for the coconut soup, and it was absolutely amazing. The coconut flavor mixed with a little bit of spice and saltiness tickled the palette and left us very satisfied.
