SHIPPING

In order to provide customers with a greater selection of products, faster order fulfillment and lower product pricing, Rope, Soap 'n Dope, L.L.C. operates in a network of warehouses.  Products may ship from Rope, Soap 'n Dope, L.LC.'s Louisiana fulfillment center, directly from manufacturers and/or partner warehouses.  Shipping and delivery times displayed on www.RopeSoapNDope.com or provided to a customer by a customer care agent, are estimates based off of the best available data.  

RETURNS AND CANCELATIONS

If you need to return an item you can ship it back to Rope, Soap ‘n Dope, L.L.C. or drop off the product to our Rope, Soap ‘n Dope, L.L.C. fulfillment center.

All returns must be approved by Rope, Soap 'n Dope's Customer Care Team.  To request a return:

1. Log into www.RopeSoapNDope.com and select "My account".  
2. In the "My account" menu, select "Orders".
3. From the list of orders, select "Return item(s)" on the order that contains the product that you would like to return.
4. Select the product or products that you would like to return.  

Rope, Soap 'n Dope typically processes return request within one hour of customer submission.  

IF YOU ARE SHIPPING THE PRODUCT:

·       Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip.

·      Write the reason for returning the product on your packing slip; if the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number and the item number for the product.

·       Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit.

·       Ship the package to the Rope, Soap ‘n Dope, L.L.C.

·      Please prepay shipping – Rope, Soap ‘n Dope, L.L.C. does not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.s).

Custom orders are sold on a “Final Sale” basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed.

PRODUCT RETURNS FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

For business customers, product returns, if allowed, must be made within one (1) year from date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. Returned products must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. Product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges by Rope, Soap ‘n Dope, L.L.C.

Due to the speed we fulfill your requests, we are unable to cancel orders for immediate shipment. If your order is backordered or not shipping for two or more business days, please contact Customer Care and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. If you no longer need an item in your order, please return it.
