The Port district is the second-largest district of Menaphos, primarily focused on Fishing, and is the transportation hub of the city. Its associated faction is the Port faction whose leader 'Admiral' Wadud (Ports) is located in the Golden Scarab Inn.

Getting there

• The Port district teleport takes the user to the centre of the Port district.
• Using the Menaphos lodestone and walking South.
• A Charter to the north-western dock in the Port district for 1,500 coins.
• If a Player-owned house is located in Menaphos then using the Teleport to house is also fast and viable option of getting there.
• Slayer codex teleport and the boat to Menaphos can be used via Portmaster Kags.

Features

• Portmaster Kags who runs a free ferry service to Sunken Pyramid, Menaphos, Pollnivneach, Exiled Kalphite Hive, Nardah, Jaldraocht Pyramid, the Heart of Gielinor, Dominion Tower, and the Crondis pyramid during and after the quest Crocodile Tears.
• A POH portal next to Portmaster Kags.
• A player-owned port portal near the southern dock.
• 'Admiral' Wadud (Ports) in the Golden Scarab Inn at the centre of the district.
• Meena's Fishing Shop near the stairs into the district.
• Quartermaster Gully and the crew for travel to The Arc and Uncharted Isles on the northeastern docks.
• Two fishing spots for desert sole, catfish, and beltfish at the southeastern docks. Fishing here gives 85,000 experience an hour, at level 99 Fishing. At level 52 Fishing, just catching the desert sole, it gives ~33,000 experience an hour.
• A fisherman allowing players to teleport to the Fish Flingers D&D.
• A bank deposit box unlocked at Tier 2 Port reputation and a bank chest unlocked at Tier 6.
• Furnaces, anvils, spinning wheels, and looms around the centre of the district.
• The Golden Scarab Inn, with 'Admiral' Wadud (Ports), the Pub musician, and a bartender.
• An entrance to Shifting Tombs south of the Golden Scarab Inn.
• On some worlds, the riddler crab, gullible tourist, Aminishi gem trader, and Tuai Leit gem trader appear on the southern dock. These NPCs can give gems as part of Jewels of the Elid.
• Trader Crewmembers on the northwestern dock.
• The Port district musician on the western residential terrace.

• hotfix 11 December 2023 (Update):
  • Fixed an issue where the Menaphos ports district deposit box's Deposit All Fish and upgraded bank chest's Load Last Preset options were swapped.

• patch 15 February 2021 (Update):
  • Items will no longer float in the air when dropped in the Menaphos Port District.

• ninja 14 December 2020 (Update):
  • To account for the 'Bait and Switch' Relic's effect, the separate 'Deposit all' options for different fish have been consolidated to one option in the Deep Sea Fishing Hub and the VIP skilling area and Port Banks and Bank deposit box.
    • The Fishing Hub now also has these options on the Bank boat and rowboat, as well as the magical nets.

• ninja 9 November 2020 (Update):
  • The Deposit and Bank Boxes in the Menaphos VIP and Port area now allow you to 'Deposit all' fish, just as you would in the Deep Sea Fishing hub.

• patch 26 June 2017 (Update):
  • Fishermen have found their way to the docks in Menaphos, so you can now partake in the Fish Flingers D&D.
  • The Polishing perk will now work on fish caught in the Menaphos Port district.
