We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders over €75. The free shipping threshold may vary by location.

All orders are shipped with DHL. Available options will be shown at checkout based on your country:
DHL Global Mail
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 3–6 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–9 business days
- Other Destinations: 6–12 business days
- Final delivery is made by your local postal service

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order that is already being processed or shipped, you must wait to receive the parcel and then return it using our standard return procedure.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Defective or Incorrect Products
- Please inspect your order upon delivery
- If an item is defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- For approved cases, we will provide a prepaid return label
- After 48 hours, all items will be considered received in good condition
2. Satisfaction Guarantee – Returns & Exchanges
Unworn, unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
You may choose:
- Free exchange (first exchange only)
- Full refund in store credit
- Refund to the original payment method
Please note:
- The first return or exchange is free
- A second exchange will incur additional shipping costs, which must be paid before dispatch
- If a return is requested after an exchange, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
3. Return Conditions
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated through your customer account at scrub-supply.com

- Unworn, undamaged, and unused
- Returned with original tags and packaging
- Sale items may only be returned if damaged or defective

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:
- Face masks
- Scrub caps
- Compression socks
- Other PPE
- Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items arrive in good condition
4. Returns Due to Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
- Shipments returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect will be treated as standard returns
- Outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
5. Non-Refundable Charges
- Original shipping fees
- Gift wrapping charges
- Return shipping costs (unless due to error or defect)
6. Return Processing
- Returns are processed within 4–5 business days after arriving at our warehouse
- You will receive an email notification once your refund, store credit, or exchange has been issued
