SHIPPING COST:
For the Lower 48 States in the USA, we offer Free Shipping and $80 Express Shipping options at checkout.
The shipping varies by location and country. We mainly ship within the USA and do not offer shipping to all locations or countries.
Shipping Locations:
- USA (lower 48 states): Free standard shipping & $80 Express Shipping
- Rhode Island and US Virgin Islands: $10 standard shipping
- Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico: $20 standard shipping
If you do not see your shipping location listed above, please feel free to submit a contact form here to request shipping to your location and we may be able to accommodate you. We are no longer offering international shipping due to increased import fees.

Impression kits are shipped the same or the following business day.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING:
For the Lower 48 US States, free standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days for each step of the process (it depends on how far you are located from our office in Florida, etc.). Once we receive your dental impression, please allow an additional 3-7 business days for our lab to create your custom guard and ship it out.
EXPRESS SHIPPING with 2-Day Lab Processing ($80)
For the Lower 48 US States, express shipping gets the product delivered in 1 to 3 days once we ship the order out. If you pay for express shipping, we use express shipping for each part of the process (all-inclusive):
- Shipping the impression to you
- The label we provide for you to ship the impression back
- Shipping the final product/s to you
- Plus, rushed 2-day lab turnaround for making your custom guard / product
