1-fosfofruktokinaza (EC 2.7.1.56, fruktoza-1-fosfat kinaza, 1-fosfofruktokinaza (fosforilacija), D-fruktoza-1-fosfat kinaza, fruktoza 1-fosfat kinaza, fosfofruktokinaza 1) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:D-fruktoza-fosfat 6-fosfotransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ATP + D-fruktoza 1-fosfat ADP + D-fruktoza 1,6-bisfosfat
ITP, GTP ili UTP mogu da zamene ATP.
