PTK2 proteinska tirozinska kinaza 2 (PTK2, Fokalna adheziona kinaza, FAK), protein je koji je kod ljudi kodiran PTK2 genom.[2] PTK2 je fokalna proteinska kinaza koja učestvuje u ćelijskoj adheziji (vazivanje ćelija za njihovo okruženje) i procesu širenja ćelija (kretanju ćelija).[3] Poznato je da kad je FAK blokiran, ćelija raka dojke postaju u manjoj meri metastatične usled umanjene mobilnosti.[4]
