Peptidilna glicinamidaza (EC 3.4.19.2, karboksiamidaza, peptidilna karboksi-amidaza, peptidilna-aminoacilamidaza, karboksamidopeptidaza, peptidilna aminokiselinska amidna hidrolaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Odvajanje C-terminalnog glicinamida sa polipeptida
Ovaj enzim inaktiviraju vazopresin i oksitocin putem odvajanja glicinamida.
