Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

We will offer a full refund if the product is returned in the original, unused condition, including packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping (with the exception of damaged products). If you wish to return your product, please email us at [email protected].

Shipping & Handling

Processing times take 1-2 business days. Customers will receive an email confirmation when the order has been fulfilled and processed.

Expected shipping times can range from 7-21 days. We work with several international vendors so shipping times may vary depending on where customers are located.
