Delayed Parcel And Policy:

We understand that customers would like to receive their item as soon as possible and we like that as well but from time to time items get delayed or lost in today's busy logistical world. We would ask you follow the guidelines to understand what we do to help in that process.

UK- All items can not be classed as lost until 10

working days from the day of dispatch, any item showing as delivered by tracking will not be refunded and a claim will have to be opened with Royal Mail. If after 10 day's tracking shows non-delivery then we will refund customer or send a new item out. All queries should be sent to: [email protected]

Overseas- The Estimate given by Royal Mail Is 5-7 day's this can change as the country you are shipping to might delay this process and this is out of our hands. If Item is not shown as delivered by tracking a 21 working day's window is required before we can refund a buyer. When Tracked is not available, signed for is used. Any item shown as delivered will not be refunded and a claim must be opened with the carrier in country the parcel was intended for. 

Local Laws And Import Duty's

We do not ship restricted items to country's where certain items are not permitted and each customer outside the UK is responsible for there own payment of duty.

Group Packages

When possible we will group items together when shipping in the UK and overseas, we will not group items if this may damage other parcels in the package in which we will ship separate.
