Abigail Anne Spanberger (née Davis; born August 7, 1979) is an American politician. She is a U.S. representative from Virginia's 7th congressional district since 2019. She is a member of the Democratic Party. Spanberger is a former CIA officer.

In November 2023 Spanberger announced that she would be retiring from the House to run for Governor of Virginia in the 2025 election.[1]
