The man in dinner jacket is a member of the Lost Souls, a group of world-weary individuals who wander the seven seas on the The Ship of Lost Souls trying to forget their tragic pasts.

History[edit]

The man in dinner jacket introduced the Lost Souls to Homer, saying that they were no one, that they were sailing nowhere and that he didn't even know if they existed. He then told his story to Homer, which involved him getting banned from a car wash forever. After Homer told his story of how he left his father at the hospital rather than give him a kidney, the man in dinner jacket was shocked. The Lost Souls then threw Homer overboard.[1]

Behind the Laughter[edit]

The man in dinner jacket is a parody of actor Peter Lorre.
