Refund policy

The last thing we want to hear is that your order did not create a Smile. If you are not 100% satisfied with your SmileyCookie.com purchase for any reason, please contact us at [email protected], or give us a call at 877-860-3999. Please include your name, order ID, and details of the issue. Customer satisfaction is our top-priority and we will do our best to amend the situation.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returned Smiley® Cookies, and we do not handle issues having to do with Smiley® Cookie orders placed at Eat’n Park locations.  

 RETURNS 

  • Merchandise items for return (such as clothing or mugs) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase.
  • Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return and to receive a return shipping label.
  • Once the product is received, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days to the original form of payment.

Note that perishable goods (such as cookies and chocolates) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

  • Changes to your order can be made by logging in to your account, so long as the order has not begun production. If you checked out as a guest, and need to make any changes to your order, please email [email protected] or call 877-860-3999.  
  • Please note that during high volume seasons our team cannot make changes to your order after is has started production. 


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Orders cannot be refunded if: 

    • The incorrect shipping method was chosen resulting in an incorrect delivery time
    • The shipping address was misspelled or incomplete 
    • Depending on the status of your delivery with UPS, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may be able to be redirected. There is an additional $12 charge to redirect a package. We regret that we cannot extend our delivery date guarantee if your package is delayed for these reasons.
