Shipping policy


At SODO LOCO, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Below are the details regarding our shipping methods, policies, and restrictions.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your orders. The available shipping options are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Free (3-5 business days)
  • UPS Ground: Calculated at checkout (3-5 business days)
  • UPS 3-Day Selection: Calculated at checkout (3 business days)
  • USPS Priority: Calculated at checkout (1-3 business days)
  • UPS Next Day Air: Calculated at checkout (1 business day)
  • USPS Express: Calculated at checkout (1 business day)

Note: Large item shipping charges may apply for oversized products and will be calculated at checkout based on size and weight. Promotional discounts for shipping may be available during specific periods.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS SurePost (note: expedited services such as 2nd Day or Next Day do not apply).

Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 1 PM PST on business days will typically ship the same day or the following business day. Orders placed after 1 PM PST will process the next business day. Please allow additional time for large items or bulk orders, which may require up to 5 business days for shipment.

Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. Federal holidays (e.g., Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.).

Shipping Restrictions

  • Weekend Deliveries: 2nd Day and Next Day services are not available for weekend delivery.
  • Size/Weight Restrictions: Oversized and heavy items may incur additional shipping fees, and some may require standard ground shipping only.
  • Hazardous or Flammable Items: These products must be shipped via standard ground and may not be eligible for expedited shipping.

Large Item Shipping (LTL)

For oversized or heavy products, a Large Item Shipping (LTL) surcharge will apply. This will be reflected at checkout based on the size and weight of the product. LTL shipments are typically arranged on a case-by-case basis. If your order qualifies for LTL shipping, you will be notified at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will include:

  • UPS, FedEx, or USPS tracking for standard shipping
  • UPS tracking for 2nd Day and Next Day services
  • For large items or bulk orders, LTL carriers such as Estes, Central Transport, or YRC may be used.

Missing or Undeliverable Packages

  • We will notify you via email or phone and attempt to ship a replacement.
  • If we are unable to reach you, your order will be fully refunded.
  • For stolen or damaged items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] to file a claim with the carrier.

Order Cancellations

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. While we typically cannot cancel orders once they are placed, if it’s been less than 30 minutes since your order was submitted, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We cannot guarantee that cancellations will be processed.
