Israel–Jordan
The border between Israel and Jordan was delimited in a single agreement in 1994. This was part of a peace process between the two countries that ended a 46-year state of war. The Israel–Jordan border largely follows the administrative boundary between the Mandate of Palestine and the Emirate of Transjordan, the two British colonial territories that preceded modern-day Israel and Jordan. The boundary is 482 kilometers (300 miles) long and stretches from the disputed Golan Heights through the West Bank and the Dead Sea to its terminus at the Gulf of Aqaba.
Israel and Jordan also have an established maritime boundary.
