Can I Return My Seeds?
Unopened seed packets may be returned within 60 days for a full refund.
We strive to provide the highest quality seeds to our customers, and we stand by our guaranteed to grow promise. If you have any issue with your seeds, we are happy to make it right for you through refund or exchange.
To return products or request a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. If return is required, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If requesting a replacement for your order, please note that we fulfill these requests in the same manner as new orders. You can expect your order to be shipped within a week, with a 5-10 business day mailing period.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request. If you are due for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
