Crumbl Cookies Meridian

I'm really disappointed. I placed an order for 2:10, but when I arrived at 2:45, no one acknowledged me or the other customers who entered the door. Eventually, I was told to stand in the pickup line if I was there to collect an order. I confirmed that I was and gave my name. The staff member then began processing my order, but it was already 2:45. It felt like I was too late to be helped. There were no smiling faces, no thank you, and no friendly words. I love Crumbl, but this was the worst experience I've ever had.

I placed an online order for pickup, but my experience was not as expected. When I arrived, no one greeted me, which was unusual, but I didn't take it personally. I checked the app, and it indicated that I was next in line. However, I waited 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and it turned out they hadn't even started my order yet. Meanwhile, seven other customers came in, placed orders at the tablet/kiosk, and received their items within two minutes. I've never encountered this situation at any other Crumbl location.

The cookies are fantastic—very buttery, but not overly so. The staff seemed a bit tired, yet they were still lovely. I completed my order ahead of schedule. Thank you!

Loves this app and stores. my personal experience was good, they gave me and the cookies came in amazing condition. I also went to the load and they were very friendly and obvious for what was on their menu. I don't like some of their cookies every month, but it must be something I don't like, and I'm a picky person. overall I love this service and company.

My absolute favorite cookies! They are always super moist and the flavors wow me every week!I love that they change the menu every week, get’s me actually excited for a Monday! I usually get a box of six and share it with my husband because the cookies are huge.
