We were 150 miles above the Arctic Circle, viewing Northern Lights, driving dog sleds, riding horses, ice fishing, being pulled in a reindeer sled....the food was exquisite, tender meats with sauces, berries, herrings, lots of healthy veggies. Kakslauttanen Resort provided winter clothing that kept us comfortable even when spending hours in below zero temps. The Kelo igloos were luxurious, containing our personal sauna and fireplace. Helsinki is a breathtaking city with mid-19th Century Russian-style architecture. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly and the itinerary covered everything we wanted
to see.

Birds, sea lions, tortoises and iguanas were all so tame and plentiful! The beauty of the Galapagos Islands is incredible. The staff of the La Pinta were very attentive and the accommodations both on La Pinta and in Quito and Guayaquil were excellent. The airport transfers were seamless and the tour guide in Quito was very good. We had a great trip and look forward to traveling with Alexander + Roberts again.
