Incorporating Yokote's fermentation culture, our fried chicken marinated in apples and salted rice Karaage has a moist and soft texture that is irresistible. We also recommend the confit Steak made with Jumonji's brand pork "Juton." In addition, our Camembert cheese and tofu cod roe gratin is also very popular.
