"Motake" was founded in 1913. We have been hanging up our noren in the streets of Ginza for over 100 years. Currently, the fourth generation is standing in the boardroom. Our Tempura, which is currently in progress by fusing newness with the tradition established by our predecessors, has a deep and nutritious flavor that has been hailed as the best in Motake's history. ``Motake'' uses sesame oil from the long-established ``Sekine Yuten'' founded in 1945. The sesame oil is made using a technique passed down from the Edo period called Tamajime Shibori, which takes three days and three nights, and is characterized by its beautiful amber color and sweet, soft aroma. Contains no additives. We use this rare, top-quality product 100% without adding any extra. The Tempura is carefully planned and fried using a cooking method suitable for each ingredient, making it an exquisite dish that you won't find anywhere else. Please enjoy it.

When you open the sliding door and step through the noren curtain, you will find a beautiful plain wood counter with only 8 seats. It is a high-quality Japanese space with an elegant Sukiya-style interior that uses natural materials throughout, and a size that is easy for the organizer to organize. reserved are available for 5 to 8 people.
