In order to make Ikegami even more exciting, our restaurant is open from 4pm onwards. Our carefully selected "fresh fish" is purchased daily from "Toyosu" and you can enjoy its plump texture and rich color! Also, when you come to our store, we would like you to take a look at ``Genjiyaki'' *An old-fashioned cooking method in which skewered fish is placed on a fireside and slowly grilled while adjusting the distance from the fire. This is a simple dish that requires skill, and the crispy skin and fluffy meat are irresistibly delicious! Don't miss it◎
