Ukraine trying to attack civilians of Dvurechnaya attempting to evacuate — official

Earlier, he reported that 16 people had been evacuated from Dvurechnaya, while another 45 had requested evacuation by Russian troops

MOSCOW, March 16. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops are monitoring the shelters of civilians in Dvurechnaya of the Kharkov Region from drones and then attacking them when they try to evacuate, the head of the region’s military-civilian administration, Vitaly Ganchev, told TASS.

Earlier, he reported that 16 people had been evacuated from Dvurechnaya, while another 45 had requested evacuation by Russian troops.

"The enemy is constantly monitoring this territory and launches an immediate strike as soon as there is an attempt to evacuate the civilian population. We do not carry out evacuation by force, so if residents wish to leave, our servicemen will make every effort to take them to a safe territory," Ganchev said.

On January 28, the Defense Ministry reported that servicemen of the Battlegroup West had liberated Dvurechnaya. Ganchev explained that this was the first large settlement under the control of Russian troops on the right bank of the Oskol River. According to him, the capture of the town provided Russian forces with a bridgehead for advancing toward the Volchansk district.
