The candidates shall be able to apply for the EESL Assistant Engineer Recruitment 2021 by following the instructions given below.
Step 1: Proceed to the EESL Official Website.
Step 2: Proceed to Human Resource.
Step 3: Initially, the candidates will have to complete their registration.
Step 4: The candidates can further proceed to the application form. Enter all the personal, educational, and professional details.

The upper age limit shall be 27 years. The age relaxations will be applicable to the following categories:

The selection process shall consist of Online Exam followed by GD and Interview. The candidates shall be called for the GD in the ratio of 1:15 i.e. 15 candidates against a single vacancy. Based on the marks scored in the written exam the candidates shall be shortlisted for GD in the following manner:

The exam conducting authorities shall release the EESL Admit Card a few days before the exam. This should be downloaded online and printed on paper. The candidates need to carry this print along with them on the day of the exam.

Step 3: The admit card will be available for download.
Step 4: The candidates must download it and print it on clean white paper.
Step 5: The candidates can have multiple copies with them for future reference.
After the exam, the EESL may release an answer key consisting of the solution i.e. answers to all the objective type questions asked in the exam. The candidates might also be able to raise objections against this answer key by paying the relevant charges. The answer key can be used to make an estimate of the marks scored in the exam. The answer key ensures transparency in the resulting process.

Considering various factors like the number of vacancies, number of applicants, the difficulty of the exam, number of shits, etc. the EESL shall set the cut-off marks. The candidates who shall happen to score above these cut-off marks shall be selected for further stages of selection. Hence, in other words, the cut-off is used to publish the merit list.

Assistant Engineers at EESL earn good money and have access to a variety of benefits. Assistant Engineers in the EESL are expected to attend training and are paid a stipend while doing so.
