Aaliyah Kashyap and Shane Gregoire's mehendi design has a special connection with their fur babies - See inside

Aaliyah Kashyap, daughter of Anurag Kashyap, is set to marry her longtime partner, Shane Gregoire, in a few days. The couple had a beautiful Haldi ceremony on Sunday, with Khushi Kapoor, her rumoured beau Vedang Raina, and others attending.

In the pictures, Aaliyah embraced an unconventional touch with pet-themed henna designs, including a dog and a cat on each palm, along with tiny elephants on her fingers. One photo captured her smiling warmly while getting the henna applied, followed by another where she posed for the camera. The henna artist shared that they aimed to create "something super personal" for her.

Her soon-to-be-husband, Shane, also got in on the fun, with a cat and dog design on one palm and a heart with Aaliyah's name on the other. For the special occasion, the couple twinned in powder blue outfits. Aaliyah wore a sleeveless traditional suit, while Shane looked dashing in a matching kurta pajama.
Earlier in the day, Aaliyah's best friend, actress Khushi Kapoor, and Muskan Chanana also showed off their minimal mehendi designs with a photo taken in the car.

Aaliyah and Shane's Haldi ceremony took place on December 8 in Mumbai, with guests like Khushi Kapoor, Vedang Raina, Imtiaz Ali, and his daughter Ida Ali in attendance. Pictures and videos from the celebration quickly spread across social media.
Shane and Aaliyah got engaged in May last year and celebrated with an engagement party for their loved ones in August 2023.
