TERMS OF SHIPPING


1. Shipping. Please allow up to 24 hours for Top Fabric to respond to your online order.

2. International Shipping. Shipping rates will be shown during checkout. Please allow 48 hours for Top Fabric to respond to international orders. Top Fabric is not responsible for customs, duties, and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

3. Shipping and Delivery Time. TopFabric.com is an online store that is open 24/7. Any orders submitted before 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will typically be processed and shipped on the same or the next business day. The runaround time/expected delivery date for all orders varies and will expand on the quantity ordered and shipping location. Please note that most of our orders are shipped to UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Online orders are processed and shipped during our regular business hours (Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST).  If you have placed an order after hours, on weekends, or on holidays, the order will be processed and shipped on the following business day. *Any USPS shipping method might take longer than FedEx and UPS; please contact us.

4. Shipping Cost. *Customers will be informed with a shipping quote for orders over one roll or more. The shipping charge for delivery to other regions will vary depending on the delivery location, the size of your order, and the zip code. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada are excluded from free shipping costs. 

5. Expedited Shipments. Expedited shipments placed before 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped out the same day. Expedited shipments placed after 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped out on the next business day. *Any USPS shipping method might take longer than FedEx and UPS; please contact us. We offer three expedited shipping options: Three Days, Two Days, and Next Day Delivery air shipping. 

Shipping charges vary and depend on factors, including shipping weight, method of shipment, and destination. Shipping rates are calculated automatically when you add the items to your cart. If you would like to view shipping methods and prices, please add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and follow the steps for purchasing online. Once the shipping address is entered, the actual shipping charges, as applied to your locations, will appear with the shipping options before the payment.

*Please note that delivery turnaround time does NOT include the day of shipping, weekends, or holidays for both regular ground or expedited shipments.

6. Shipment Confirmation, and Order Tracking: Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

7. Damages: Top Fabric is not liable for any products damaged or lost items during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please make sure to save all packing and take pictures of materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. Delays, Lost, and Stolen Packages: Top Fabric is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS/UPS/FEDEX and file a claim. We do NOT ship any orders with a “Signature Required” or “insurance” option. Customers should request and pay the extra charge for this service.

9. Local Pick-Up: If you would like to place an order for pickup, please enter “Local Pick-Up” in the “Customer Notes” section located below the credit card information before submitting your order. We will call and inform you once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup.
