What’s the difference between TrudysHallmark.com and Hallmark.com?
Trudy's Hallmark is a family-owned business proudly serving our customers since 1980. We currently operate over 80 locations across Texas, Washington, Kansas, Idaho, Colorado, and Louisiana, with plans to continue growing!
While Hallmark.com is the official website of the Hallmark brand, showcasing a wide range of Hallmark products, most Hallmark Gold Crown® stores, including Trudy’s Hallmark locations, are independently owned and operated.
At Trudy's Hallmark, we are committed to providing a personalized shopping experience that reflects our family values and dedication to meaningful connections. In addition to offering a curated selection of Hallmark products, we also feature unique items from other beloved brands like Jellycat, Bogg Bag, Nora Fleming, and many more!

Can I use my Crown Rewards?
Trudy's Hallmark online store does not connect or affect your Crown Rewards that you use on Hallmark.com and in our stores. We have our own online point program, Trudy's Rewards, that is very similar to Hallmark.com.
When you place an order on trudyshallmark.com, you automatically start earning points. You earn 4 points for every dollar spent. 100 points can be redeemed for $1.00.
There is a purple present icon at the bottom right hand corner of our home page that you can go to to view your points and redeem them.
What are Trudy's Rewards?
Trudy's Rewards is a point program available exclusively online at trudyshallmark.com. You earn reward points on every online purchase with us that you can redeem for discounts on future online Trudy's Hallmark purchases.
How can I be notified if a previously sold-out product becomes available again?
When viewing a product page for an item that is currently out of stock, you'll notice link below the SKU number that says "Let Me Know When It's Back". This link provides an option to receive an email when the item is restocked. Simply click on the link and follow the prompts to set up your email notification.
Why is my discount code / promotion not working?
There are a few reasons why a discount code or promotion may not apply to your order:
Item Exclusions
Some products are excluded from discounts or promotions. Typically, our discount codes and promotions do not apply to:
- Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments and products
- LEGO
- Jellycat
- Select limited edition products
- Pre-orders
- Previously discounted or sale products
- Previous purchases
But other exclusions may apply.
Expiration Dates
Discount codes and promotions often have expiration dates. Be sure to check that the code or promotion is still active.
Single-Use Policy
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Most discounts and promotions cannot be combined.
Technical Issues
If the code is still valid and applicable to your order but isn’t working, it may be due to a technical issue.

What is your shipping policy?

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States and are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Can I expedite my shipping?
At checkout, you have the option to select expedited shipping services for a quicker delivery. The estimated shipping times do not include the time it takes for order processing, packing or holidays. The estimated shipping time begins once the carrier has the package. It is important to note that once the carrier has the package, we have no control over it's delivery process.
Do you offer pick-up in store?
Because products and volume vary between our stores, we do not offer an order online to pick up in store service at this time.
When will my pre-order ship?
The estimated ship time is available in the product description, subject to change due to manufacturer or carrier delays. The products will ship out in the order they were purchased. All items purchased with a pre-order will ship together.
Returns / Exchanges
What is your return policy?
At Trudy's Hallmark, we stand behind the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please be aware that all sales are final on seasonal, sale products, and food items.
For the health and safety of our customers and staff we are unable to accept returns on personal protection items including face masks, hand sanitizers and other "clean and safe" items as detailed in the item descriptions.

Can I return my item to a store?
