I was really impressed with the speed of this interaction and would definitely recommend Casa Cenina to others. The first part of my order arrived at once, I hope they will soon get the fabric they are waiting for. I found the team at Casa Cenina to be knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly throughout the process of it.

They have one of the widest ranges of cross stitch materials in the EU, their English language website is easy to understand, they ship quickly and everything arrives well packed. The one and only time I received a wrong item, the problem was immediately rectified. I recommend them highly!

I’ve purchased from this shop multiple times and am always amazed with the service provided! Clear communication of what the status of my order is, fast delivery (even when selecting the cheapest shipping option), and emails when a product I want is back in stock. Their frequent sales are so much fun and their customer service is great! Their site is also incredibly user-friendly, the fact that when you purchase a cross stitch chart you can also view the required materials to make it and add them all to your cart instantly is so helpful! They are my favourite store for all things cross stitch and they have such and incredible selection of products.
