Delivered on time, guys happy to put doors where I wanted.
Very happy with the doors, they look great. I am oiling them at the moment, 2 coats done and 2 to go, the graining is lovely.
Will be buying another 3 doors shortly. Definitely recommend this company.

Wooden bifold to block off conservatory. Looks beautiful and makes a huge difference in temperature. Builder said it was more difficult to fit than expected but he managed and it looks great

Doors arrived on time, as per delivery instructions. Doors in perfect condition and with no issues. Good solid construction. No problems with fitting, plenty of spare for trimming to size. Once fitted along with the handles they look fsntastic, good quality with a nice strong feel, couldnt be more happier, have already started recomending to friendds and family

Whatever you do don’t use this company or Vibrant Doors as they are the same business. Placed an order for 14 doors to be delivered on Friday and cannot gain a delivery ETA. It’s impossible to get through on the phone lines without continually calling I’ve been doing it all day literally! I’ve sent an E-Mail complaint asking the Manager to call me which has been ignored. If you require doors with any customer service please don’t use this business. I work in customer services and this is by far the worse company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life.

We are extremely sorry for the issues you have had with this delivery. We do use an external company for deliveries who advised that they did have some issues delivering your order. They are in the process of doing an internal investigation to see what went wrong, so that we can improve going forward as this is not the level of service we like to provide our customers with. I can see that multiple staff members were in contact with the couriers trying to get you answers and that it was escalated to senior management at both companies, however we are really sorry that we couldn't get you answers as quickly as you would have liked, and again can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Doors arrived quickly and on time. Delivery drivers were great too.

All the doors arrive damaged. There is a 48h notification window which is sometimes just not enough when you have to do an entire renovation and depend on builders' schedules etc. Horrible customer service through and through. I'd recommend getting doors from Todd Doors. Better quality.

We can see that the goods were delivered to you on the 13th March, with damages not being reported until the 19th March. We do state clearly in bright red writing on all order confirmations and within our terms and conditions that all damages must be reported within 48 hours, after this time frame claims may be rejected. This is industry standard and in line with trading standards. We can only apologise that we couldn't assist any further and for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Doors damaged by delivery staff (knocked into scaffolding post) and said it was fine they were in packaging!
Company will not refund as over 48 hours. Disgraceful customers service

The returns procedure for unwanted doors was very tricky. They did advise they would
Allow 2 doors to be returned after opening changed in size. However the company they advised for delivery was more than the cost of one of the doors!
The actual doors arrived in good condition.

Absolutely dreadful. Doors look nice, however they do not make it very clear at all about all the extras, or rather the basics, that they do not supply, nor do they highlight very clearly that you need, and I am talking about brackets and hinges. Missing parts with the initial deliveries. Had to contact them 3 times which meant our door fitting was delayed nearly a month! Plus each time we needed to pay extra, and they were not cheap, for the hinges and brackets and handles. When ordering the doors the website should say "you will also need handles, hinges, etc" however it did not. I had an experienced joiner fitting the doors, who advised what we were missing and needed, but when I initially ordered I would of expected Climadoor website to advise what was needed. Definitely will not be buying from these again. Spoke to their customer service who we're pleasant, but ultimately not helpful in resolving my issues as we ended up paying even more money to them.
As of 24th March, Climadoor updated. Positive feedback from me is that your site should be more user friendly and include cost for every element that is requires to do the job, especially for awareness for non technical people such as myself and probably 90% of the people who access your site. At least then the full total price would be known and 100% of everything required to fit a door would be known, paid for and delivered in one go, as opposed to the torturous, costly and lengthy process I had to endure.

Hi, I am afraid you are mistaken we do state in the product Description on all French door sets that hardware and architrave are not included, it also advises if any specialist hardware is needed. The French Doors take standard hardware however due to your joiner routing out the hardware for the Frenchfold on the French Doors this is why the hardware was more expensive. We can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Delivered the wrong tracks for the door, costed call out charge for the joiner. Replacement tracks not scheduled for delivery until 2 weeks later and then cancelled delivery again, costing another day of joiner cost. Refused to replace the damaged frame completely for the door costing over a grand. Very very poor customer service.

Hi, We are very sorry to hear that you had the wrong tracks delivered, unfortunately this has been a picking error at our warehouse, we are trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible with the couriers. In regards to the frame we do state clearly on order confirmations and within our terms and conditions that all damages must be reported with 48 hours of delivery after this time they may be rejected. The damage to the frame was reported over a week after delivery so unfortunately we couldn't take this any further. Again please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
Delivered outside of the promised delivery slot meaning doors were returned to depot. 2 days minimum until Doors can be delivered again. Paying for joiner to stand around because of their couriers error. When I got in contact with them they didn't even apologise.
In response to Climadoor reply saying they do not provide time slots- quote from the email to me from the courier below-
"We have arranged a delivery on 19/03/2025 between the following times: 09:30 and 11:30"

Good Morning, We do state we don't offer timed deliveries in our delivery terms, the slot is a full day, the driver may provide an estimated time of arrival however this isn't guaranteed as its traffic based. We can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
