Probably like a lot of people I hadn't heard of Cosmetify before so I checked on Trustpilot to see what people were saying and the reviews have been excellent, so I gave it a go.
Bought a perfume for the better half in my life at a very good price and the item duly turned up the next day, brilliant.
Would definitely use again.

I bought Kate Humble’s Hand and Body Cream from Cosmetify for a fabulously low price. (I think this is being discontinued as it’s difficult to find.) Cosmetify has loads of discounted good quality toiletries and I have also bought other items from them - it’s too tempting to pass them by! Delivery was prompt and items all in good condition. I would definitely use Cosmetify again.

I am a regular aftershave buyer and often gift perfume. This time I was looking for a very specific perfume which Cosmetify had in stock at a great price. I was not familiar with this company, so checked TP reviews which were positive, so decided to place the order. I am so glad i did. High quality product, delivered quickly. Positive reviews are well justified. I will definitely use again.

No complaints about the packaging or product. My dissatisfaction is with the courier company used.
INCOMPLETE DELIVERY!!!
My parcel was left during opening hours outside the building where I work-doctors surgery. Any member of the public could have taken it. It had been outside a good while as cardboard casing was wet before a patient kindly picked it up and brought it in.

Poor experience.
Ordered from them last night, didn’t get an order confirmation(email was correct). Tried to log into account took over night to get access email link.
Emailed them.
Then this morning without communicating anything at all my order appears canceled. If I didn’t check my account I would have just been waiting and waiting. It’s one thing to cancel without an explanation but it’s another to cancel without informing the customer you are doing so.
Won’t be shopping here again.

Was a little apprehensive about ordering, as I hadn’t heard of this company before and the price was very good. However my fears were completely unfounded. Delivered in less than 24hrs with no issues. Highly recommended!

poor experience, after purchasing perfume and a deodorant spray, the deodorant was useless as the nozzle was defective and simply leaked liquid.
Took 2 attempts to get a form from the seller which then involved printing a label yourself.
Can no longer be bothered.
Will not be using again.

It’s a fantastic Company, the app was easy to use once I figured it out, the item I bought was not only the cheapest on the net, but, even 10 ml more than other sites.
Great company.
